Rental at Villa Vista allows you the option of renting either one, two or three bedrooms in an impressive executive apartment on the top floor of a large villa. The views of the Caribbean Sea and Nevis and the Atlantic Sea towards Antigua are nothing less than spectacular. The villa is owned and was built in 2005 by its British owner who now spends most of the year in England.

The impressive excecutive apartment is very much a home filled with antiques and fine furniture. 
The large kitchen is fully equiped with a US style fridge freezer with ice maker, stove with ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher.
There is a wide screen cable TV with 60 channels, DVD player and a computer with high speed internet.  

The swimming pool with ample decking and sunloungers is an ideal place to relax.
                                                                          

The elegant master bedroom has a large bathroom with his and hers washbasin and cabinet.  The bed is Queen size and there is a dressing table and chairs, ceiling fan and air conditioning and two mirror door wardrobes. Fantastic views over the Caribbean Sea.

The second bedroom has twin 3 foot beds, that can be made into a king size bed, and a separate shower room and WC.  Mirror door wardrobes, ceiling fan and air conditioning.

The smaller third bedroom has a double bed, bed side table, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

In addition to your spacious and private balcony there is ample decking area and sun loungers around the swimming pool.

Pick up from airport can be arranged.

Maid service weekly.

Well today I leave this paradise to head back to the States, and I am missing St.Kitts already.
Coming here was a dream I had for a number of years, and I never thought possible...but... Villa Vista became a part of that dream the moment I saw it on the Internet.  However, being here puts the Internet view to shame.  This place is incredible, the view is breathtaking.  I am glad I didn't chose either of the other two places, I would have missed out on "heaven".
I love the island and I am making plans to return again next year.

Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality Mark and Kari.  From day one you made us feel so comfortable.  I commented to Becca and Sandy tonight at our last dinner on the balcony, that this was the most relaxing vacation we've ever taken.  They were in total greement.
Each day we would explore a different beach and each day we would look forward to returning to Villa Vista for the pool and the breathtaking views.
Mark, thanks for the golf game.  The group could not have been nicer and so funny.

Thank you so much for allowing us to use this beautiful house.  The views from the veranda were great.  It was everything I dreamed it would be and so much more.  My mother and father and I loved it so much here in St.Kitts that we were thinking about buying a house here some day.
