For air conditioning there is a charge of 15 US$ per bedroom per night.
Reservations will be held for 3 days pending receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total price. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We gladly accept personal cheques, money orders and wire transfers.
Deposit is refundable, less 20% service charge, for cancellations received no later than 60 days prior to stay and 50% refundable, less 20% service charge, with 30 to 59 days notice or in full if re-booked minus 20% service charge.
